Board Governance Workshop

This workshop is from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the A & I Center Conference Room at Frank Phillips College with Speaker Jean Block

Jean Block is a national consultant and trainer on nonprofit management, board development, FUNdraising and social enterprise with more than 50 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She has served as both board and staff leader for local, regional and national nonprofits. Her workshops are fast-paced, high energy and filled with real life, practical examples of what works. In this workshop, The Invisible Yellow Line, Jean will share best practices in board and staff roles in governance, planning, finance, human resources and resource development.
