Hutchinson County Back to School Fair

A few years ago, Hutchinson County United Way set out in a new direction to help people fight the war on poverty by ensuring that children in our area have the opportunity to receive a quality education.  Partnering with our schools and bringing our community together is the best way to work towards this goal.  Our Back to School Fair has two goals.  Firstly, to help the children of our community overcome the barriers that often prevent them from getting the education they deserve.  Secondly, to help the organizations of our area to work together generously in an effort to supply the needs of our area children without duplication of resources.

In an effort to accomplish these goals we are offering a Back to School Fair.   We are seeking venders and organizations that can benefit students through immunizations, dental check-ups, school supplies, Child ID & Fingerprinting by the County, haircuts, hygiene supplies, Lice kits, GED & FASFA info, just to name a few.  We want to partner with any organization that can aide our lower social economic families with their back to school needs.  Please let us know if your organization can offer a service for our event.  Your help will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for partnering with us.
