The Back to School Fair exists to help families start the school year with confidence by easing the financial burden that often comes with preparing children for school. Many families struggle to afford the basic necessities students need to succeed, and our goal is to bridge that gap so every child can walk into the classroom prepared, confident, and ready to learn.
Through this completely free community event, students enrolled in Borger, Fritch, and Stinnett schools receive backpacks filled with grade-specific school supplies tailored to their individual school requirements. In addition to school supplies, families also have access to free eye exams, haircuts, hygiene products, books, food, and other essential resources provided by generous community partners and volunteers.
The Back to School Fair is more than just a giveaway event it is an investment in our children, families, and community. By removing barriers that may prevent students from starting the school year successfully, we help reduce stress on families while ensuring students feel supported, valued, and equipped for academic success from day one.
